In Ötzi's footsteps
One of the highlights right from the start: Ötztal has over 40 designated mountain bike trails - this high density of tours is unique in the Alps. A valley full of MTB trails just waiting to be discovered. The mountain bike region in Tyrol is impressive, not least because the different routes provide sporting variety. However, most bike tours in Ötztal require a certain level of fitness. After all, tours such as the one up the Wurmkogel go up to 3,012 metres.
But there is another way: the Ötztal Trail close to the valley with its 80 kilometres offers many interesting detours in the longest side valley of the Inn Valley. There are also plenty of places to take a rest. We also recommend the Leiterberg trails - a really fun experience! Tyrol's largest pump track is also located here and rounds off the biking fun.
Highlights
Discover the longest side valley of the Inn Valley: the Ötztal hides a number of Tyrolean MTB delicacies in its dense network of trails. Summit bliss included.
Tours & Trails
40 designated tours & 850 bike kilometres are a real statement. There are also 3 pump tracks waiting to be ridden and conquered in Ötztal.
