Prefer a bike park or natural trails? Both!
Whether it's a natural and rooted single trail or a jumpline with Northshore elements and drops - both can be perfectly combined in some mountain bike regions! Don't feel ready for this challenge yet? Then take advantage of the numerous coaching sessions offered by certified MTB guides.
What exactly are trails?
MTB trails range from former hiking trails to partially built-up routes that are designed for bikers. If permitted, a simple track can also serve as a trail. In bike parks, we also speak of trails or routes - as with our single trails.
An MTB trail can be flat and easy, but it can also be steep, rocky and rooty. It depends on what type of terrain you prefer - it's best to find out what to expect beforehand. As with skiing, there are different categories.
Our tip: It's better to start with easy MTB trails and then build up as you go!
What does a bike park offer?
In a bike park, the downhill is sweetened for the rider, usually with gondola support. They don't have to struggle uphill and can concentrate almost entirely on having as much fun as possible on the way down. Trails with different levels of difficulty and features such as drops and jumps await you.
Our tip: Start by riding a flowing, easy trail as a warm-up. Then increase. If you want to try out features but aren't sure yet, we recommend one of the numerous technical training sessions on site.
