The bike park at the Fleckalmbahn offers the perfect technical training terrain for beginners to XC/marathon pros: casual flow trails, a pump track, hairpin bend trails, root passages and a cross-country track await. Kids and rookies earn their spurs on the BMX track. Experienced mountain bikers will find their teacher in the Fleckalm Trail - an absolute classic in the Kitzbühel Alps and a must on your bucket list! Sporty mountain bikers, adventurous families and smaller groups will find all their MTB holiday ingredients here. I've been an innkeeper since 1 October 1993 and I'm still passionate about it.
At the end of the 90s, I noticed that more and more guests were travelling here by mountain bike. As I myself have always enjoyed cycling in the Kitzbühel Alps, it was only a matter of time before I decided to specialise in cyclists.
Luckily for me, the tourism association has also focussed on this group and made many tours and trails public!
One of the best tours is still to Tom and Sonja Horngacher, the landlords of the Ruetzen Hof!
I think they have the "Best Kaiserschmarrn in the Alps ;-)!"
