South Tyrolean Alpine charm in Bruneck
Bruneck is currently undergoing rapid development as a versatile Dolomites MTB region. The range of tours away from the well-known Kronplatz Bike Park is being continuously expanded: downhillers can get their adrenaline pumping on 18 trails at Plan de Corones, while leisure mountain bikers will find numerous tours through the green Pustertal valley around the small medieval town of Bruneck.
From the bike home base of Bruneck, you can cycle in all directions - into the rugged mountains of the Zillertal Alps, into the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites or along the Pustertal Valley. For example on the Pustertal Valley cycle path or the family route through the Ahrntal Valley. There are five new MTB tours in the holiday resorts of Pfalzen and Percha, with the portfolio ranging from easy family tours to challenging circular tours.
Small culinary stops with great recreational value are of course also a must here in South Tyrol. Tours to Lake Anterselva and Lake Braies are also a must. And of course an espresso in the most liveable small town in Italy.
