Full of adrenalin through Rogla
Vast forests, at the foot of the Pohorje mountains, in the heart of Alpine Slovenia: the Rogla - Pohorje region doesn't do things by halves when it comes to mountain biking. 240 bike kilometres, 2 summer mountain railways and a well-developed e-MTB rental infrastructure form the basis. The icing on the cake are the two bike parks Konjice Trails (5 km trail length) and the Bike Park Rogla. In the middle of the Pohorje forest, 8 different forest trails of all levels of difficulty stretch from Mašinžaga to Ostruščica. Lots of flow, drops and fast bends will get your pulse racing while rookies improve their skills under supervision in the practice area.
Those who prefer to take it easy can explore tours through the Pohorje forest, along idyllic forest paths, vineyards and meadows on the seven marked circular trails. And if you still have some time left, you can visit the Oplotnica Gorge, the 12th century Carthusian monastery in Žiče or the Renaissance Trebik Castle. Because culture is as much a part of biking in the Rogla-Pohorje region as the Amen is to prayer.
