Mountain bike tour for connoisseurs and fit mountain bikers

Starting from Hotel Jonathan, follow the "Dörderrunde" route towards Viums. Turn right at the church and continue along the hiking trail to the Viummer Kreuz. From here, cycle along the narrow tarmac road or the cycle path to Gasthof Sonneck. The ascent to Spinges begins here, leading up to the Anratterhütte mountain hut at 1,814 metres. This is a an ideal stop for a traditional refreshment with regional dishes.

On the return, turn left at the first crossroads towards Vals, then take a right turn at the next crossroads to follow the red and white gravel road into Valstal. Follow the tarmac road down the valley towards Mühlbach, after approx. 2 km turn left and follow the old Valler road with the red and white markings. This descent to Mühlbach runs alongside the Valler stream. In Mühlbach take the cycle path to Schabs, passing the church and follow the signs back to Natz.
