Trails & sunshine galore
In this beautiful area, you can both let off steam and fully indulge in enjoyment: There are tours with little elevation gain as well as kilometres of single trails and climbs that are a real challenge. From tours along the Montiggler lakes to sporty, extreme trails on the Roen with breathtaking descents over 14 kilometres, everything is possible.
The sunny south of South Tyrol has a long cycling season, from March to November. This means that there are usually very good conditions on the trails! And what's after the sport? Exactly - because every now and then a glass of wine is a must for tired biker legs. As the region lies directly on the South Tyrolean Wine Route and offers a mild climate, olive trees, cypresses and palm trees, it is virtually predestined for the finest wine enjoyment. Tours through the vineyards between blossoming apple trees make for a perfect day on the bike.
