The hosts at Hotel Regitnig are also certified - as bike guides. Michael and Jasmin Eder are supported by local guides who will take you on guided tours in the Gailtal Alps.

To be honest, I got into mountain biking through my wife Jasmin, she simply infected me with her enthusiasm! Since then, biking has become an important part of my life and I have even passed the bike guide exam. Today we both look after the biking guests in our See-Aktivhotel Regitnig - Hotel & Chalets, my absolute speciality is technique training and panoramic tours, while Jasmin makes the ladies and family tours an experience. I am also actively involved in promoting mountain biking at Lake Weissensee. It was on my initiative that the construction of the first official MTB trail at Lake Weissensee was started - naturally with the unanimous approval of the landowners. At the moment, 2 more trails are being planned.
My favourite tour is the Bike & Hike Tour from the See-Aktivhotel Regitnig - Hotel & Chalets zum Golz. This combination is the only one we offer. On this tour, which takes around 4 hours, we start by bike towards Golz. The last stretch to the summit is covered on foot - at the top you are rewarded with a breathtaking view of Lake Weissensee and the entire region.
Mountain biking is a passion for me, I need it as a balance to my stressful everyday life. I also love going on tours together with my guests, as many great friendships have already developed as a result.
