Bike hotels with quality check
The in-house quality management system Q-MTS was developed especially for themed hotels and certified by TÜV AUSTRIA GmbH in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. After two years of development, Q-MTS was finally implemented at the themed hotels of Mountain Bike Holidays in summer 2010. This made it possible for the first time to objectively measure the performance of themed hotels.

Compliance with performance standards
The performance standards of each individual member company of Mountain Bike Holidays are regularly checked as part of the measures listed above. The specially developed Q-MTS system provides an objective measurement that ensures compliance with the performance standards.
Continuous improvements
Thanks to Q-MTS, the potential for improvement is highlighted and assistance is provided to increase operating performance. Q-MTS facilitates hotel selection through quality standards, creates trust in local hotel performance and protects against advertising messages that are not adhered to.
