Start of the tour: Bike-Base - Eco-Hotel Koros. Podpeca (Unterpetzen) is a mountain valley below Petzen/Peca where, according to legend, King Matjaz once slept. The tour runs from Jamnica to Petzen along a forest road that follows the panoramic mountain ridges. After a relatively steep 5-kilometre ascent to "Štenge", we reach Podpeca, where miners left behind a network of singletrack trails many years ago. This tour mainly follows forest roads and paths but can be combined with an ascent to the mountain hut on Mala Peca (+18 km, +1,000 metres), with underground biking or some singletrack trails. There are several variations of length and difficulty for this tour.
