The ride to the Loischkopf is relatively easy and mostly leads along roads and forest tracks through the Brandnertal. The Mountain bike tour leads from Brand to the church in Bürserberg into the valley towards Brandnertalstraße. Before the junction with the main road, keep right and cycle uphill on the road via the districts of Baumgarten and Zwischenbäch towards Tschengla. At the Einhornbahn II car park / Bikepark Brandnertal car park, turn left before the bridge to Kohlgrubweg. After approx. 800 metres, continue on the left-hand path. At "Burtscha" or at the valley station of the Loischkopf cable car, turn right uphill in hairpin bends towards Loischkopf. Pass under the Loischkopf and you will now reach the Faregg. At Faregg, turn right onto the "Alte Stattweg" downhill to Alpe Rona. From Alpe Rona, head flat southwards and then downhill to the left. Turn left at the hamlet of Dunza - slightly uphill to the stone circles of the Tschengla high plateau. From Monteschil on asphalt over the Außerberg - in a right-hand bend back to Bürserberg. The route then leads back to Brand.

Variant: The tour can also be started at Bürserberg/Tschengla at the Einhornbahn II cable car and/or shortened with the ascent on the Einhornbahn II cable car.
