Medium-difficulty mountain bike tour to one of the most beautiful mountain lakes. This tour starts almost on the doorstep and is extremely easy to find. You ride up to the Ehrwalder Alm on a tarmacked forest road for approximately 500 metres, then continue on a gravel forest road. If you want to go all the way up, you can park your bike at Seebensee and walk about 20-30 minutes up to the Coburger Hütte. The view is fantastic and the hut invites you to stop for a bite to eat. The only disadvantage is that you`ll nee to cycle back the same route. There are a few short-cut trails from the hut to Ehrwald and advanced riders can ride down the Ehrwalder Alm on the hiking trail (although this is not officially permitted). You can stop for refreshments at the new Ehrwalder Almhütte, the Seebenalm, the Coburger Hütte, and the Gaistaler Hof next to the Alm valley station.
