Mountain bike tour around the Priedröf

From the Landhotel Lindenhof we cycle along the village road in the direction of Radenthein, immediately after the Hotel Burgstaller (small bridge) we turn right and then left at the fork in the road in the direction of Obertweng / Bad Kleinkirchheim. Then we follow the asphalt road (past the Obertweng fork) to the highest point, cross a barn superstructure and then follow the Nockbikerouten signs. Before descending again, we turn right onto the gravel road and then left at the first bend towards Bad Kleinkirchheim.

We follow the beautiful trail to Bad Kleinkirchheim along the stream to the tourist information office (1,021 m) in the centre. Then we cross the B88 and ride into Thermenstraße, past the Hotel Ronacher. Soon after, we turn left into the narrow asphalt road and ride past the church. At Hotel Stolz, we follow the gravel path uphill towards St. Oswald and reach the main road, which we follow for approx. 500 m until we turn right at Sonnleitnhof. We now continue along the gravel path towards St. Oswald / Bachweg.

After around 1.2 km, we turn right onto the asphalt road towards Lärchenweg. Then follow the hiking trail to the left uphill towards the St. Oswald circular hiking trail. After 100 m, continue right towards the church until you reach the main road, then turn right again along the road to the fork, where you continue left. After 200 m we turn back onto Brunnachweg. Now we follow the main gravel path up to the mountain station of the Brunnach National Park cable car. Now we continue to the St. Oswalder Bockhütte. There we turn left down the hiking trail or single trail and after half a kilometre we turn right towards Erlacher Hütte / Radenthein.

After another half a kilometre, turn left onto the gravel path downhill to the Petodnighaus. Then continue straight ahead along the meadow hiking trail (left along the stream). Now we ride through a short section on a single trail before we come to a gravel path again - attention: several gates, some after bends; please close them again! Now we continue along the main gravel path towards St. Peter/No. 177 until we come to an asphalt road again. Continue left and soon after turn left again uphill (be careful not to miss the junction). Pass the garage and follow the hiking trail below the barn. At the house, turn left uphill again and continue along the path. Then we go through the ditch, approx. 100 m up a heavily washed-out path, which we follow to the beginning of the asphalt road in St. Peter. Through St. Peter to the B88, here turn left towards Bad Kleinkirchheim. Soon afterwards, we turn right towards Obertweng. From Obertweng we take the route back to Feld am See.
