This mountain bike tour takes you through varied landscapes and is also suitable for beginners thanks to the moderate gradients. Starting in Bizau, you cycle along a tarmac toll road through woodland until just before the Vorsäßsiedlung Schönenbach. Tip: A short detour to the picturesque Vorsäßsiedlung Schönenbach (approximately 1 km) is highly recommended. Now turn right onto a goods road and continue steadily uphill to the Stogger Sattel. From here you have a stunning view over of the Hinterer Bregenzerwald mountains. Next, enjoy a steep descent along an alpine path, followed by a more relaxed ride on a narrow tarmac road past scenic mountain meadows. At Au, join the cycle path alongside the Bregenzerache to Schnepfau. The final 1.5 km climb to the Schnepfegg district is steep but manageable. From there, take the mountain road with little traffic to Bizau.
