Classic Variant: 300 km and approximately 5,000 meters of elevation – Trails S0, S1, partly S2

A solid mountain biking experience, endurance, and trail knowledge are required. There are no rocky trails or long portages, but singletracks greet you every day. Climbs of up to 800 meters in one stretch should be no problem at a normal biking pace (5 - 7 km/h).

Stage 1: Feld am See – Arnoldstein 60 km, 1,400 m
Stage 2: Arnoldstein – Bovec 65 km, 1,150 m
Stage 3: Bovec – Magozd 45 km, 800 m
Stage 4: Magozd – Prepotto or Šmartno 65 km, 1,500 m
Stage 5: Prepotto/Šmartno – Villaggio di Pescatore 50 km, 700 m
Total: approx. 300 km and 4,900 m

Our Service Package:

• Guided by two certified mountain bike guides
• Maximum 12 participants with two guides
• The second guide handles luggage transport with a support vehicle and joins the group after lunch
• Five daily stages through Austria, Italy, and Slovenia

We offer these tours exclusively with guides, as simply following GPS tracks is not always the ideal solution. Only with guides and a support vehicle can we respond to challenges, meet participants' needs, and ensure a high-quality experience. The route often changes, as certain trails may be unrideable when wet, or high-altitude rides may not be suitable in cold weather. Environmental factors such as deforestation or landslides can also lead to route changes, altering the kilometers and elevation.

Our daily stages offer trails of various difficulty levels. For some people, difficult descents can be bypassed, or the bike may need to be pushed briefly. In challenging conditions like wet terrain, this is expressly recommended or required by the guides.
