The certified bike guides Johannes & Karl Heinz are on tour with you every day. They will find the most beautiful tours and trails for you in their fantastic mountain bike area. Hannes, founder of the hotel's own bike school, is also a certified riding technique trainer and will get you in shape before you hit the trails. And if it gets too steep for the men, boss Michaela will step in herself.

Move & Relax leader Patrick is a highly trained & certified bike guide. Together with his team, you will explore varied routes & the breathtaking ambience around the Zahmer & Wilder Kaiser.

I have been responsible for biking in our hotel since summer 1998. With a lot of power and passion, I take care of the big and small concerns of our guests. Together with our in-house guide team, I am on tour as often as possible.

I know all about biking and, as a trained bike guide, I enjoy accompanying my guests on tours myself. As a member of the mountain rescue service and the avalanche commission, I know the region like the back of my hand. I am supported by the Bikeacademy.

Wolfgang and Manuela Krainer from the neighbouring Krainer bike school are not only the bike pros in the region, but also partners of the hotel and will look after you in all matters relating to biking. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in sports science, an A-licence fitness trainer diploma, a mountain bike guide qualification, is a physiotherapist and runs the D&D Loft GYM and the Bikehub. He has been part of the team as a mountain bike guide for years before taking over the management. He learnt from the best and his personality supports his leadership qualities. Hotelier Hannes is a passionate bike guide - and a bike expert from MTB to Vintagerad. No question, when it comes to biking, there is hardly a trail too steep for him. He provides you with a personalised full service almost around the clock. He is on tour with his guests almost every week and takes them to the huts with the most "dashing" snacks. In cooperation with the bike centre, there are special single trail technique tours, riding technique workshops, full-day tours including shuttles and e-mountain bike tours.
